Theatre lovers are in for a treat, as Naseeruddin Shah will be seen playing the role of English Playright, George Bernard Shaw in late Pandit Satyadev Dubey's play Dear Liar.
The show, which will be held at the Oman Auditorium, Al Bustan Palace on September 20, will also feature Ratna Pathak-Shah as celebrated English actress, Mrs Patrick Stella Campbell, Gulf News reported.
The play revolves around the correspondence between George Bernard Shaw and Mrs Patrick, Portraying their intimate relationship, spreading over four decades through letters.
The plot is set in the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, highlighting the deep mutual admiration and love between Shaw and Campbell.
