Irvin Salinas was born on December 8, 1988 in Othello, Washington. He is the youngest of three siblings (his older sister named Elizabeth Salinas and his older brother Simon Salinas). His father, Horacio Salinas was an alcoholic, and put in rehabilitation while Irvin was thirteen years old.
