    Au Revoir Là-Haut [See You Up There] is a French comedy-drama written and directed by Albert Dupontel, based on the acclaimed novel by Pierre Lemaitre. Set in 1918, just days before the Armistice that ended World War I, the film follows the misadventures of two soldiers, Albert (director Dupontel) and Edouard (Nahuel Pérez Biscayart), who become unlikely friends during their time in the trenches.
