An actress and singer with a strong and intense voice, Lola Ponce was born in Capitán Bermúdez, a small town in the vicinity of Rosario, Argentina, on June 25, 1982. The daughter of singer Hector Ponce, Lola started singing as a child, at the age of eight forming a band with her brother Alejandro and then taking part in various music festivals. After signing with Sony, Ponce recorded her next record, Fearless, in Sweden and Los Angeles, and released it in 2004 in both English and Spanish versions. In 2005 she returned to Argentina for a while in order to take part in Sin Codigo, one of Latin America's most successful soap operas. In 2008 she won the Sanremo Music Festival competition with the Gianna Nannini-penned "Colpo di Fulmine," a d
